Voter Registration
Are you registered to vote? If so, is your registration status active?
Please make sure your name is not one of the more than 1 million Texans who have been purged from the state’s voter rolls at Am I Registered?
Can you register to vote? Do you meet these qualifications?
- U.S. Citizen
- Be 18 years or older on election day
- A resident of the county where your voter registration application will be submitted
- If you have a felony conviction your punishment must be complete. This includes your sentence, parole, or probation
- A court of law must not have declared you mentally incapacitated.
